Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: The study group receives N20 gas at a dose of 70%. Intervention 2: Control group: Patients receive 100% oxygen.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were between 15-60 years of age, ASA class 1 or 2, weighing between 30 and 100 kg, and had informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of informed consent Full stomach or emergency patient Surgery in the prone or lateral position Head, neck, and airway trauma Low airway resistance and lung compliance
