Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pathologically proven rectal adenocarcinoma stage 2-3 rectal cancer (i.e. T3-4 or N+) The patient is a candidate for neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. ECOG Performance Status Score=0-2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A patient with distant metastasis on admission Patients who have received any prior treatment for another malignancy. Patients with any thromboembolic or hemorrhagic events within 6 months before registration Active gastrointestinal bleeding Patients with malabsorption syndrome or swallowing disorders Concomitant familial polyposis Associated synchronous colon adenocarcinoma Pregnancy or any contraindication conditions for chemoradiotherapy Patients who already receive aspirin
