Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study are female patients aged 15 to 45 years who undergo AMH testing before and after treatment with fennel. Fennel extract consumption begins within two weeks after the initial AMH test, and the second AMH test is performed during the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle within two months after starting fennel extract intake. The AMH level is evaluated to assess the effect of fennel extract over a minimum period of two months (500 mg daily), based on the criteria of previous studies. A diminished ovarian reserve is defined as an AMH level of less than 1.1 ng/mL.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with primary ovarian failure. Patients who have used contraceptive pills for at least four weeks prior to the study. Patients undergoing hormone replacement therapy, cancer treatment, or gonadotropin therapy. Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) Patients undergoing hormonal treatments and fertility therapy Patients with endometriosis. Patients with a history of ovarian surgery. Pregnant women.
