Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertility due to non-obstructive azoospermia Age between 18 and 45 years old Willingness to participate in the study Lack of history of genetic and hormonal disorders Not taking hormonal supplements within the last 1 year No history of acute epididymoorchitis Lack of occupational exposure to chemicals and radioactive materials Absence of concurrent obstructive azoospermia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Varicocele on physical examination or ultrasound Sertoli cell only syndrome in testicular biopsy Undescended testis Any abnormal testicular examination
