Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants up to 28 days old Admitted to Alavi and Bu Ali hospitals in Ardabil They require surfactant treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants who have other respiratory and pulmonary disorders for other reasons and should be included in the differential diagnosis with respiratory distress syndrome. Also, infants who have respiratory distress syndrome but do not have indications for the use of surfactant.
