Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients must meet the following criteria: they must be 18 years of age or older, have chronic kidney disease that requires hemodialysis two to three times a week, be free of hearing impairment, have received hemodialysis for more than three months, be free of psychiatric diagnoses, have no respiratory conditions that would make respiratory exercises difficult, and be willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A patient who will not routinely attend hemodialysis treatments during the research period or who will be hospitalized for any reason and patient who can not read and write
