Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Borderline Personality Disorder Diagnosis: Individuals must have a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD) from a qualified psychiatrist or psychologist. 2. Being addicted: Individuals must have an addictive disorder (drug or alcohol addiction). 3. Age: Individuals must be between 18 and 50 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-participation in therapy sessions: Individuals who do not participate in DBT therapy sessions or miss more than two sessions will be excluded from the study. 2. Failure to complete assessments: Individuals who fail to complete the questionnaires in full will be excluded from the study.

Method of measurement: Novaco Anger Control Questionnaire (1986) This questionnaire is designed to measure an individual's control over and mastery of anger.;Quality of relationships. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and after the intervention for 7 days. Method of measurement: The Quality of Relationships Questionnaire (QRI) is Pierce et al. 1991.
