Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic tinnitus (6 months or more of tinnitus) Age range: 18 to 60 years Hearing loss less than 70 decibels Tinnitus frequency less than 8000 Hz Tonal Tinnitus

Exclusion criteria: Hearing loss more than 70 decibels

Tinnitus loudness. Timepoint: Measurements at the beginning of the study (before the intervention), immediately after the intervention, and one month after the intervention.
