Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 25 to 55 years old Mental and physical ability to play Exergame Moderate depression based on psychiatrist diagnosis and clinical interview Ability to read and write No underlying diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of a pacemaker or other metal implants that would prevent the safe use of Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) Disease progression such that further intervention is not possible Drug addiction Heart disease Having epilepsy

Depression, which is what is meant by depression in this study, is a mental disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and sadness or a lack of interest in things that a person previously enjoyed. Timepoint: Beginning of the study, end of the fourth week, end of the seventh week, end of the tenth week. Method of measurement: Hamilton Depression Scale.
