Inclusion criteria: Age range of 5-9 years Diagnosis of OCD according to DSM-5 Family consent to participate in the study

Measure	Time frame
The primary outcome variables in this study are working memory and cognitive flexibility in children with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). These variables represent the child's executive cognitive functioning and serve as key indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the intervention. The secondary outcome variable is the severity of OCD symptoms, which is also monitored throughout the study. Timepoint: The outcome variables were measured at seven time points: Baseline (before intervention)During the intervention (at three different stages)Immediately after interventionOne-month follow-upTwo-month follow-up. Method of measurement: Working memory and cognitive flexibility were assessed using the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF). This tool evaluates children's executive functions based on parental reports.OCD symptom severity was measured using the Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS), which determines the severity of obsessive and compulsive symptoms in children.	—
