Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age With a history of at least six months of detrusor hypofunction Lack of satisfactory response to other treatment methods including pharmacotherapy and neurofeedback With complaints of incomplete voiding Having a postvoid residual urine (PVR) of more than 150 ml Having a score of more than 3 on the UAB questionnaire or the complete need for intermittent catheterization for urination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women or women who are planning to become pregnant. Patients at risk of bleeding, including patients taking warfarin. Patients receiving anticoagulant drugs Receiving other experimental treatments for UAB within the past six months Pelvic organ prolapse such as cystocele and rectocele History of radiation therapy to the bladder Patients under 18 years of age
