Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 18-95 who have undergone ankle surgery at Shafa Yahyaian and Firoozgar Hospitals in Tehran since 1403-1404. Willingness to cooperate and participate in the research Ability to communicate Fluency in Persian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental, psychiatric and psychological conditions confirmed by a doctor Pregnancy or lactating period Previous history of deep vein thrombosis History of cancer History of coagulation disorders

MeasureTime frame
Deep Vein Thrombosis. Timepoint: Before and 3 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Color Doppler Ultrasound.;Pulmonary Embolism. Timepoint: Before and 3 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: CT Angiography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Bleeding. Timepoint: Before and 3 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Physical Examination.
