Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for coronary artery bypass grafting and require saphenous vein resection are included in this study. Body mass (BMI =30) No drug abuse Avoiding the use of non-steroidal drugs No malnutrition Absence of scars No coagulation disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of surgery or wounds on the leg. Patients with skin diseases. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes. Patients with diabetic ulcers. Patients with vascular disease in the legs.
