Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Definitive Diagnosis of Breast Malignancy Candidate for outpatient radiotherapy lasting at least one month Age between 18 and 65 years Completion of informed consent form Patient's BMI must be below 30 Patient must have recent complaints of nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, indigestion, weight loss, or sleep disturbances Radiotherapy must have started no more than one week ago

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No use of other non-pharmacological techniques for sleep, appetite, or nutritional status No concurrent debilitating diseases such as heart, kidney, or liver diseases that significantly affect nutritional status No acute respiratory problems No history of epilepsy or seizures No acute psychiatric disorders No use of sedative medications No concurrent chemotherapy with radiotherapy

MeasureTime frame
The appetite level of patients with breast cancer based on the Visual Analog Scale from 0 to 10. Timepoint: patients record their appetite level on the third and fourth days of Sukha Pranayama breathing exercises, half an hour and immediately before lunch, on the Visual Analog Scale. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale.;The nutritional status of patients with breast cancer based on the score obtained from the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment questionnaire. Timepoint: assessment of nutritional status before the start of the intervention and 21 days after practicing the Sukha Pranayama breathing technique. Method of measurement: Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment questionnaire.;The sleep quality of patients with breast cancer based on the score from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Timepoint: Nutritional status will be assessed before the start of the study and 21 days after practicing the Sukha Pranayama breathing technique. Method of measurement: the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.
