Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study and complete the consent form Participants must have hypertension confirmed by a doctor and recorded in the household's electronic record Absence of any disorder or disease that requires following a specific diet Absence of any movement disorder that would limit physical activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Creating problems for the patient so that they are unable to participate in the study and attend the meetings.
