15 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women of reproductive age 15 to 49 years Being in good physical condition to participate in group sessions (must not be pregnant) No impairment in speaking and hearing Reading and Writing literacy Absence of known acute mental disorders (bipolar, depression, etc.) HIV+ individuals who have not previously participated in Hope Therapy classes A maximum of 5 years have passed since the person was infected with HIV.

Quality of life. Timepoint: Before intervention, 8 and 12 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Questionnaire for HIV Patients (WHOQOL_HIV_BREF).
