Intervention 1: Intervention group: Receiving 10 family-centered distance learning phone calls over two months. Intervention 2: Control group: receive no intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with renal failure Undergoing hemodialysis for more than 3 months Having informed consent Age over 18 years and under 70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental retardation

The treatment adherence score in the Medanlou Treatment Adherence Questionnaire increases -. Timepoint: Measurement of treatment adherence before and one week after the intervention. Method of measurement: Treatment adherence was measured using the Medanlou Treatment Adherence Questionnaire.;The quality of life score in the questionnaire (KDQOL-SF 1.3) increases. Timepoint: Measurement of quality of life before and one week after the intervention. Method of measurement: Measuring quality of life with the KDQOL-SF 1.3 quality of life questionnaire.
