Intervention 1: Intervention group: Fixation of endotracheal tube with dental wire. Intervention 2: Control group: Fixation of endotracheal tube with tape.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a healthy mandibular canine to canine dentition without periodontal problem

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: person with anterior edentulism person with severe crowding person who for any reason is unable to be intubated through the mouth.
