Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People with Patellofemoral syndrome for 6 months or more A history of at least eight weeks of pain in the front of the knee or behind the patella Age range 20 to 35 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of other musculoskeletal abnormalities The presence of any damage and limitation of range of motion in the lower limb History of knee surgery and other musculoskeletal surgeries receiving any knee rehabilitation treatment from three months before the study Infectious and contagious diseases Cardiovascular and diabetic patients due to the risk of blood pressure and diabetes Taking anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving drugs
