Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical group: Diagnosis of open-angle glaucoma by a specialist. Intraocular pressure controlled with medication (IOP = 21 mmHg). Surgical group: Diagnosis of open-angle glaucoma. At least 3 months after GATT surgery. Intraocular pressure controlled after surgery (with or without medication). Age over 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of other glaucoma surgeries. Having other types of glaucoma (angle-closure glaucoma, neovascular, congenital, etc.). Uncontrolled intraocular pressure (IOP > 21 mmHg). Blindness or other severe ocular complications. Need for a second surgery. Uncontrolled systemic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure). Failure to cooperate in performing tests.

MeasureTime frame
Intraocular pressure. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: goldmann tonometer.
