Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gone through stages 1 to 3 of breast cancer The patients are currently undergoing chemotherapy They are mostly postmenopausal and have not experienced any menstrual period for 12 months before the beginning of the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Radiotherapy Any kind of heart disorders Smoking Physical problems such as orthopedic and brain-nervous problems that prevent exercise Exercise before the beginning of the research exercises Metastatic cancer Drinking alcohol
