Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The elderly should be women, aged 65 to 75 years. They should be literate. They should not have cognitive diseases. They should be under the coverage of Amir Hamzeh Health Center. They should not have an incurable disease. They should not be depressed. They should have verbal communication skills. They must have at least one child who lives in Isfahan. The elderly person and the child should will to participate in the study. Family consent (there should be consent from at least one child). Children should have access to Eitaa or another messenger.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The elderly person and their family may not be interested in continuing participation in the study. Does not participate in at least one of the stages. During the study, they may develop incurable diseases and depression.

Intergenerational Relationship Quality Score. Timepoint: Before the start of the study and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Intergenerational Relationship Quality Scale.;Perceived Social Support Score. Timepoint: Before the start of the study and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: The Perceived Social Support Questionnaire of Sherbourne and Stewart (1991) and a number of questions based on the intervention, reviewed by experts. cvr and cvi have been determined.;Happiness score. Timepoint: Before the start of the study and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Oxford Happiness Questionnaire - 29 Items.
