Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No history of wrist sprain in the past year Back pain Serious injuries or blows to the lower limbs no use of artificial limbs in the hip, knee, and ankle diseases related to nerves

Ground reaction force variables, electromyography variables. Timepoint: Before and after 8 weeks. Method of measurement: A force plate machine, an electromyography machine.
