Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease by a specialist doctor Willingness and ability to participate in online sessions (voice calls), and commitment to complete therapy sessions The ability to communicate and understand the Persian language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a severe psychological disorder such as a psychotic disorder or severe personality disorder Inability to complete measurement instruments such as questionnaires or inability to attend therapy sessions Use of antidepressants or receiving psychological therapy concurrently with study treatment within the last 6 months

MeasureTime frame
Decrease of depression- increase of Quality of life and health-related behaviors and treatment adherence. Timepoint: Pre-test and post-test and three-month follow-up. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory (BDI-II), Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire (PDQ-39), Health Behavior Self-Efficacy Questionnaire, Commitment to Treatment Questionnaire.
