Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study Age above 18 years Having a history of type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months; So that their fasting blood sugar is equal to or more than 126 mg/dL, or a random sample taken from the person's blood contains 200 mg or more of glucose, 2 hours after consuming 75 grams of oral glucose, the person's blood sugar is equal to 200 mg or more or its glucosyl content is more than 6%. Exclusion criteria: Presence of acute complications including nephropathy, retinopathy, and acute neuropathy Taking similar courses in the last 6 months

Adherence to treatment. Timepoint: Measurement of adherence treatment at the beginning of the study (before intervention) and 4 and 12 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: "Modanlo" adherene to treatment in chronic disease questionnaire.
