18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically stable with no relapse or worsening in the past three months 2. Age between 18 and 50 years 3.Ability to walk at least 5 meters with or without assistive devices. 4.Ability to maintain a standing position for at least 10 minutes 5.Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score between 2 and 6 6.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score above 26. 7.Self-reported difficulty in performing dual-task activities. 8.No concurrent rehabilitation programs during the study. 9.No botulinum toxin injection in the past four months and no functional surgery in the past six months. 10.Definite diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis by a neurologist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy during the study Lack of cooperation or willingness to continue. Use of medications affecting cognitive function Severe visual or auditory impairment preventing instruction comprehension Weight over 150 kg (incompatibility with biofeedback device) Orthopedic issues or conditions affecting balance and gait. More than two absences during the intervention period.

Balance. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, 4 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Berg balance scale - Star balance test - 6 meter walking test - Evaluation of changes in center of gravity with a biofeedback device.;Independence in activities of daily living. Timepoint: Before the intervention, after the intervention, 4 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Barthel Scale - Functional Independence Scale.
