Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Over 18 Years Both Genders with Consent to Participate in the Study Presence of Acne Scars on the Face in a Relatively Symmetrical Distribution on Both Sides Absence of Active Acne, Hypertrophic Scars and Keloids No History of Any Systemic Disease Absence of Active Skin Infection No History of Connective Tissue Disease of Genodermatoses No Medication or Any Treatment for at Least 6 Weeks Prior to the Study No Tendency to Develop Keloids No Smoking, Alcohol Consumption or Drug Abuse No Pregnancy or Breastfeeding

Number of Icepick Scars: Icepick Scars Are Small(Approximately 2 mm in Diameter), Deep and Discontinuous Lesions. Their Opening at the Skin Surface is Usually Wider than their Base, Forming a Characteristic "V" Shape. Clinically, they Resemble Water Droplets on Snow. Timepoint: The Number of these Scars is Counted Separately on Each Side of the Face Before Each Carboxytherapy Session and Two Weeks after the Final Session for Comparison. Method of measurement: Quantitative Acne Scar Scoring System.;Number of Boxcar Scars: Boxcar Scars Have Oval, Square or Round Shapes with Sharply Defined Vertical Edges. Clinically, they Present as Atrophic Skin Lesion with Well-Defined and Raised Borders. Timepoint: The Number of these Scars is Counted Separately on Each Side of the Face Before Each Carboxytherapy Session and Two Weeks after the Final Session for Comparison. Method of measurement: Quantitative Acne Scar Scoring System.;Number of Rolling Scars: Rolling Scars are Typically Wider than 4-5 mm and Give the Skin a Wavy Appearance Resembling the Letter "M". Clinically, they Appear as Depressed Lesion with a Relatively Natural Skin Texture. Timepoint: The Number of these Scars is Counted Separately on Each Side of the Face Before Each Carboxytherapy Session and Two Weeks after the Final Session for Comparison. Method of measurement: Quantitative Acne Scar Scoring System.;Patient Satisfaction. Timepoint: Before Each Session and Two Weeks After the Final Carboxytherapy Session, The Patient's Level of Satisfaction is Assessed. Method of measurement: Scoring system (from 0 to 100).;Treatment Side Effects: Treatment Side Effects Include Reporting any Unpleasant Symptoms Resulting From The Treatment (Such as Pain, Burning Sensation, Itching, Scaling, Bruising, Edema, and Redness). Timepoint: In Each Session, The Patient is Asked About The Effects Of Each Treatment Method. Method of measurement: The Presence or Absence of Side Effect Is Documented.
