Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a chief complaint of tinnitus for more than 3 months Presence of non-pulsatile tinnitus Ages 18-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of pulsating tinnitus Presence of Meniere's disease Vestibular nerve Otosclerosis Patients who use hearing aids. Pregnancy Mental illnesses that require treatment In case of intolerance to the minimum dose of sodium valproate or a history of severe allergy to the said drug. Treatment with anticonvulsant drugs Patients with severe heart disease such as IHD and CHF

MeasureTime frame
Healing tinnitus. Timepoint: First day and 6 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: In terms of tinnitus severity, THI and VAS questionnaires, as well as audiometry tests.
