Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a definitive diagnosis of rice tablet poisoning based on history

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with irreversible critical conditions such as cardiac arrest Severe underlying diseases such as advanced renal failure, severe hepatic failure Known sensitivity to Solamer or similar compounds Lack of cooperation from the patient or companions

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Patient survival. Timepoint: End of intervention. Method of measurement: Using the Kaplan-Meier model.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
CBC, SGOT, SGPT, ABG, BUN, Creatinin, PT, PTT, INR, ALT, AST, LDH, bilubin, ALP and CKMB tests. Timepoint: Daily for up to seven days. Method of measurement: Blood test.
