Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ages between 60 and 75 No history of cardiovascular disease Lack of mobility aids Lack of cognitive difficulty Lack of notable orthopedic disabilities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 60 years of age History of heart disease and medical prohibition History of orthopedic surgery
