Intervention 1: Intervention group: HCG infusion intervention of 500 units will be performed. Intervention 2: Control group: Only an infusion of media will be performed 5-12 minutes before the embryo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A history of failure in embryo transfer - Age =41-TSH and normal prolactin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Endometrial thickness less than 7 mm - Intrauterine adhesion - Uncontrolled chronic disease -Endometrial polyps or presence of submucosal myoma - Hydrosalpinx - Endometriosis grade 3 and above - Improper quality of the embryo

Determination and Comparison of Pregnancy Chemical Levels in Intervention and Control Groups. Timepoint: 14 day. Method of measurement: beta hcg titer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Determination and Comparison of Pregnancy Ongoing in Intervention and Control Groups. Timepoint: 30 days. Method of measurement: trans vaginal sonography.
