Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Having at least three months of clinical work experience in nursing Membership in the inter-hospital transfer team of the relevant hospital Participation in at least 5 inter-hospital transfers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses who have previously participated in training courses related to patient transfer Nurses who have previously participated in training courses related to reflective practice
