Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent and informed desire to participate in research Having an age range of 18-45 years Women with a body mass index (BMI) above 25 and dissatisfied with their body image Minimum education diploma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: high risk of suicide as measured by clinical interview substance or drug abuse and dependency during the last 6 months having any other psychological disorder (like schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, etc.) History of receiving other psychological treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy for any psychological disorder within the past year
