60 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a history of falls based on a standard questionnaire and being in the age range of 60 to 70 years No injury in the lower limbs (fracture or muscle tear) confirmed by a specialist No history of stroke or inner ear disorders that may affect balance Ability to walk independently Obtaining informed consent from elderly participants for the study Scoring 24 or higher on the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) Answering "No" to all questions on the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Terminal illness or severe dementia that prevents participation in exercises and assessments Non-ambulatory status or need for assistive devices (cane or walker) Use of sedatives or any drugs that affect balance or cognition Amputation or severe arthritis that prevents movement History of surgery or joint replacement in the lower limbs Balance disorders, frequent dizziness, or severe vision impairment affecting motor and balance function Failure to attend pre-test, mid-test, or post-test Absence from more than 3 sessions during the protocol History of neurological diseases (stroke, TIA, epilepsy, or Parkinson’s disease)

Muscular Strength of the Hip Abductors: It will be measured using the HHD device for the dominant leg only. Functional Balance: It will be assessed using the Mini-BESTest test, which is a standardized test for evaluating balance performance. Physical Performance: It will be assessed using the Chair Stand Test and the 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT). These two tests measure an individual’s ability to perform daily movements and their endurance during a six-minute walking period. These variables have been selected to evaluate the effect of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercises and Fall-Proof exercises on muscular strength, functional balance, and physical performance in older women with a history of falls. Timepoint: Muscle strength of hip abductors: Measurement will be conducted using the HHD device at the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins) and at the end of the intervention (after 12 sessions).Functional balance: Assessment will be conducted using the Mini-BESTest at the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins) and at the end of the intervention (after 12 sessions).Motor performance: Assessment will be conducted using the Chair Stand Test (CST) and the 6-Minute Walk Test (6MWT) at the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins) and at the end of the intervention (after 12 sessions). Method of measurement: Muscle Strength of Hip Abductors: Measurement will be performed using a Handheld Dynamometer (HHD).Functional Balance: Assessment will be conducted using the Mini-BESTest.Motor Performance: Assessment will be carried out using the Chair Stand Test (CST) and the Six-Minute Walk Test (6MWT).
