Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a minimum of 6 months of work experience in the pre-hospital emergency medical services (EMS).Being operational (frontline) EMS personnel.Having direct exposure to and involvement in treating trauma patients/emergency cases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Failure to complete at least 30% of the questionnaire items.Unwillingness to continue participation in the study at any stage.Assuming a managerial/administrative position at any point during the study.Not participating in emergency dispatches (being non-operational) during the study period.Lack of direct exposure to and involvement in treating trauma patients/emergency cases.
