Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: all female patients with fecal incontinence Patients that fecal incontinence has affected their quality of their lives Patients who request non_surgical treatment for their fecal incontinence
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Male patients Patients with gross rectal prolapse Patients with cervical or colorectal malignancy or dysplasia or history of pelvic radiation Patients with abnormal urine bleedings Pregnant patients Diabetic patients Patients with neurological disorders like SCI Patients with platelets disorders or other coagulation problems Patients with psychiatric problems Patients with active anorectal disorders
