Inclusion criteria: A patient over 18 years old and a candidate for coronary artery bypass surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any motor disability or known pulmonary disease.

| Fatigue: The level of fatigue in this study refers to the number of points that the subjects in the study obtained by answering questions on the Smets Multidimensional Fatigue Assessment Questionnaire. The total score for each domain (including various dimensions of general, mental, decreased activity, decreased motivation, and physical) can be 4-20, and the total fatigue score, which is determined by summing the scores of the domains, can be between 20-100. A higher score indicates a greater level of fatigue. Scores of 21-47 indicate a mild level of fatigue, 48-74 indicate a moderate level of fatigue, and 100-75 indicate a severe level of . Timepoint: Before intervention, 4 and 6 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Fatigue: Smets Multidimensional Fatigue Questionnaire.;Fear of movement: The level of fear of movement in this study refers to the number of points that the subjects in the study obtained by answering the questions of the Tampa Fear of Movement Questionnaire. The range of points collected in this questionnaire is from 11 to 44. A score of 11 to 18 means low fear of movement, 18 to 27 means moderate fear of movement, and 27 to 44 means high fear of movement.
