Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment Comorbid with Depression by a Psychiatrist Consent to Participate in the Research and Signing of a Written Informed Consent Form No History of Mental Illness No History of Severe Cognitive Impairment, Brain Injury, Neurological Disorder, or Serious Medical Conditions No History of Personality Disorders, Schizophrenia, or Bipolar Disorder No History of Substance Abuse No Systematic Medication Use by the Patient Up to 3 Months Prior to Entry into the Study

Depression. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention, every 4 sessions during the intervention, at the end of the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).;Working memory. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention, every 4 sessions during the intervention, at the end of the intervention, and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Wechsler Digit Span Subscale.;Cognitive flexibility.
