Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Scoring 53 or higher on the Wang and Chang Computer Game Questionnaire Living with parents Not under medical or psychological treatment Being between 12 to 18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: NO failure in previous years Lack of history of receiving Training Control over Computer Games Addiction and Schema Therapy

| Mood and Anxiety Symptoms: The score obtained by the participant from the Warriner Questionnaire. Mood and anxiety symptoms refer to experiencing general distress, anxious arousal, and a lack of pleasure. Timepoint: It is evaluated a few days before the intervention in the experimental groups, a few days after the intervention in the experimental groups and two months later. Method of measurement: Vardinar, Van Veen, Guilty, De Beers, Penix and Zitman (2010) Mood and Anxiety Symptoms Questionnaire.;Self-Control: The score obtained by the participant from the Tangney Self-Control Questionnaire. Self-control is the ability to modify one’s behaviors, instincts, emotions, and desires in a way that requires postponing an immediate goal to achieve a more beneficial and long-term goal. Timepoint: It is evaluated a few days before the intervention in the experimental groups, a few days after the intervention in the experimental groups and two months later. Method of measurement: The self-control questionnaire of Tanji, Biomeister and Boni (2004) obtains.;Possible Selves: The score obtained by the participant from the Zadsheer et al. Possible Selves Questionnaire; Possible selves refer to an individual’s mental representations of both the positive selves they aspire to become and expect to achieve, as well as the negative selves they aim to avoid and distance themselves from. Timepoint: It is evaluated a few days before the intervention in the experimental groups, a few days after the intervention in the experimental groups and two months later.
