Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years History of idiopathic or neurogenic underactive bladder (UAB) for at least 6 months with symptoms that do not respond to previous medication and/or other treatments. Urinary incontinence (complaints of bladder problems) Post-void residual (PVR) greater than 150 mL, or complete reliance (100%) on clean intermittent catheterization (CIC) for bladder emptying.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant Treatment with anticoagulant medications Treatment with oral medications or other therapies for UAB in the past 6 months History of bladder radiation therapy or pelvic organ prolapse

MeasureTime frame
Urinary frequency. Timepoint: Pre-intervention and three months after intervention. Method of measurement: Bladder diary.
