Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All Patients aged 18 to 60 years with Avascular Necrosis of the Talus All Patients aged 18 to 60 years with Destruction of the Joint Surface of the Tibiotalar, Subtalar or both
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of Previous Ankle Surgery History of Corticosteroid Injection Neuroendocrine Diseases Age under 18 years Age over 60 years

| AOFAS Score is used to Evaluate Functional Outcome. Timepoint: After the surgery, we follow up the Patients in 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 12 weeks and 6 months after the operation.
