Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Include Adolescent woman who gave birth under the age of 19.first pregnancy in the first trimester after giving birth .living in Urmia city. familiar with Farsi language .not using psychotropic drugs. not having a history of hospitalization in the psychiatric ward .not using alcoholic beverages and acquiring the score is less than 33 in the DASS questionnare.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hospitalization due to complication of delivery in the ward. abnormality of the newborn and unwanted pregnancy .occurrence of any problem to participate in counseling program and diagnosis of psychiatric disorder and postpartum depression during the study. lack of interest in continuing and absence of more two session in counseling sessions by teenage mother

Determining and comparing the average score of motherhood experience immediately after using the group counseling program in the intervention and control groups. Timepoint: The score of motherhood experience immediately ,one month ,three month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Being A Mother questionari hn teenage mothers.
