Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study with informed consent; No history of mental or cardiovascular diseases based on the patient's medical records, interviews, and dental file documentation; No history of diagnosed respiratory diseases or disorders; Age range: 18 to 60 years; No use of medications affecting mental health, cardiovascular function, or respiration; Sufficient eyesight and hearing capabilities; Ability to read and write in Persian

| Blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen, fear and anxiety. Timepoint: Before, during and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Blood pressure and heart rate are assessed using a wrist sphygmomanometer, oxygen levels are measured with pulse oximetry, and pre- and post-operative fear and anxiety are evaluated using a questionnaire that includes a Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Anxiety is scored on a scale ranging from "completely calm" at 0 mm to "the most imaginable anxiety" at 100 mm. | — |
