Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age with Behçet's disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Malabsorption disorder Major gastrointestinal procedures Inability to swallow Comorbid underlying disease Pregnancy Use of anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive drugs

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: The SF-36 quality of life questionnaire will be used to assess quality of life before and 3 months after the intervention.;Clinical symptoms (oral, genital, skin, ocular, and joint lesions). Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Clinical symptoms will be evaluated by the treating physician, ophthalmologist, and dermatologist, and imaging will be performed if necessary.
