Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 to 30 BMI within normal range Initial aspirin at least 12 months before the start of the test Cumberland Questionnaire should be between 0 and 27 symptoms of inflammation (pain and swelling) One day of interruption in physical activity due to injury
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of surgery on musculoskeletal structures in the lower extremities History of fractures in the lower extremities Positive ankle tilt abduction test Acute injury to musculoskeletal structures of the lower extremities in the past three months Impaired joint function due to injury Injury and pain during the research process Subjects' dissatisfaction and unwillingness to continue the research process Mechanical instability: ligament laxity, arthrokinematic dysfunction, and degenerative joint changes
