Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low back pain persisting for over 12 weeks Pain scores of 3-6 on VAS BMI between 18-30 Age 20-50 years Women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tumors Infection Rheumatoid Diseases Vertebral Fractures Osteoporosis Severe Deformities Congenital Spinal Deformity Shooting Pain in the Legs Severe Night Pain Depression Urinary Tract Diseases History of Regular Exercise Pregnancy Anti-inflammatory and Anti-headache Medications

Visual Analogue Pain Scale. Timepoint: Measurement of pain and motor control variables before training and re-measurement of variables after 6 weeks of core stability training.
