Inclusion criteria: Not participating in any psychological intervention at the same time No history of psychological disorders Willingness to collaborate in research Age range 25 to 55 Minimum literacy

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study History of diagnosis of severe psychiatric disorders Use of psychiatric medications in the past six months
