18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical diagnosis of heart failure 2. Informed consent 3. Speak in Persian 4. Age = 18 5. Stage II, III or IV of the disease (according to the NYHA index) 6. No participation in more than 2 training sessions 7. Ejection fraction> 15 %

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. being a member of the health care professionals 2. being a candidate for heart transplantation 3. having mental or sensory-cognitive disorders 4. participation in similar training sessions 5. Acute disease conditions
