Intervention 1: Intervention 1 (Pregabalin - Lyrica)Half of the patients (65 out of 130), aged 18 to 75 years, diagnosed with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain and referred to Mahdinejad Orthopedic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age of the patients is between 18 and 75 years Pain intensity before treatment is at least 4 out of 10 on the VAS scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to Pregabalin and Duloxetine Liver, kidney and heart failure Severe vision impairment Severe Cognitive Disorders Major depression and other mental disorders Epilepsy or any other type of neuropathy Pain that can be attributed to another reason
