Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidate patients for humerus fracture surgery Age 18-65 years ASA I, II Both sexes Orthopedic surgery on one side Informed consent to participate in the study Absence of kidney, liver and cardiovascular diseases No history of drug use Narcotics and chronic use of painkillers No history of malignancy No history of high blood pressure and diabetes Surgery performed by a surgeon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction to continue participating in the study Failure in the used treatment method and use of another method

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of pain after humerus fracture. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, 2, 4, 8 hours after surgery, patients will be evaluated. Method of measurement: Based on the Visual Analogue Scale.
